Seagrave girls were triumphant at the Link 77 5-a-side football tournament held at Cossington School. We took 11 girls, some who had never played before.  All girls had the chance to play in one or more of the matches and they all played their best game giving 100% effort. 8 schools took part and the games were split into 2 groups. Seagrave played Redlands, Hathern and Gaddesby winning one and drawing two matches. This meant we won our group and gained a place in the final against Swithland Primary. After a nail biting final, in which we took the lead early on and held it until the last half minute, we drew 1-1 so shared the victory. A huge congratulations to all the girls who took part.
