Clubs
Running Club
Our thanks go to Mrs Freeman and Mrs Ingleton for agreeing to continue the after school Cross Country Club on Tuesdays from 3.l5pm to 4.00pm. This club will start next week, initially for the children in Years 4, 5 and 6. Depending on numbers, this may be offered to Year 3 children at a later date.

Mandarin Club
Yili Zhou is continuing the after school Mandarin club for the children in Years 4,5 and 6. If any Year 3 children are interested in taking part, please speak to me.

We will be starting a Puzzle and Problem Solving Club after the half term holiday. More details to follow....

Wild card
Next Friday, 29th January, there will be an assembly as normal at 2.45pm. Roy Porter from Charnwood Borough Council will be coming to tell us about this year's Wild Card. Roy will be selling the cards after school on Friday 5th February.

Half term Football
Also in assembly on 29th January, Andrew from Nottingham will be talking to the children about a Football Club being run during the half term break.

Thank You!
Julie Preston and Kay Bint would like to say a huge 'Thank You' to everyone who donated items to be sent to the troops in Afghanistan. Before Christmas they were able to take a car full of goodies to be boxed up and sent out to the Troops. They should have arrived in Afghanistan in time for Christmas. Thank you for your support!

Lost Property
The Lost Property bin in the corridor is getting rather full again. If your child has lost any items at all, could you please ask them to check the Lost Property bin. This will be emptied at half term if there are any items remaining.
